2 bedrooms with 1 shared bath in a 4-br home on 4 acres ($1350 each includes utils). The entire upstairs is comprised of these two bedrooms, office space as well as it's own living space. Shared kitchen and laundry. No pets. The property is a place of business, so need someone friendly, clean, respectful & conscientious - Works or studies (remote workers welcome!) - Doesn't smoke or party. The only current tenant is female (24) with 1 dog & 1 cat. 24 hour notice is needed for showings with only 2 showings available in May.
