Edmond's Corner MHC

Edmonds Corner Mobile Home Community is an all-ages manufactured home community. We operate as a land-lease community and do not rent manufactured homes; we only rent lots. To become a resident, you must complete an application and be approved for residency.
The monthly lot rent ranges from $600 to $620 and includes trash pickup.
Water is supplied by the city, and the sewer system is also city-provided. Each lot has metered water, and residents are responsible for their water usage. Most parking is off-street, although some lots may come with parking pads. Please note that there are no parking spaces available for RVs.
