We are easily accessible to the Five College area, which includes shopping and dining in Northampton, Amherst, and Hadley, as well as world class music and art events. Our residents share a communal laundry area with 5 washers and 5 dryers (coin or app-operated). Eastworks is a non-smoking building. We do not allow dogs; cats are allowed with written permission. Electricity and internet are NOT included in the rent.
