Tenants are only a few minutes from Olde Richmond, Main Street, the Depot District, the West Side of town, and Earlham College, but they are also secluded with a great view of open fields and woods. The buildings are close to the new Earlham College baseball and football fields and have a good view of the Equestrian Fields as well. The interior of the properties are updated and nice with large rooms, electric heat, a patio, a balcony, washer/dryer, and covered parking (which is great in the winter!). Tenants can enjoy the outside amenities with minimal work and care on their part. All of our properties are non-smoking, and the tenant is responsible for water, sanitation, and electricity.
