Downtown Elkmont Cottage

This historical piece of property is located in downtown Elkmont. The “cottage”, as we like to call it, does share a large open yard with the landlord's residence, which is one of the oldest homes in the county. You are just steps away from the Rails to Trails trail. You're also next door to Warehouse Pizza restaurant and the other shops and businesses in downtown Elkmont.

Recent renovations have been made to the flooring, plumbing and ceiling tiles. The large screened-in porch has also recently had new privacy screening installed. There is a private drive for your parking use and a portion of our yard space for your recreational use.

Water and trash services are paid by landlord. Utilities are paid by tenant. We do prefer a 1 year lease, however, we would be willing to negotiate a 6 month lease if needed (additional cost(s) may be required).
