Land Harbor is a quaint, lake community just 30 minutes from Boone. This property is leased jointly, with a monthly rent of $1070. The security deposit is typically the same as the rental rate and $200 administrative fee are due upon signing.

This property comes with water, trash pick-up, basic cable and basic Internet service. Recycling containers located in the community, but curbside recycling is not offered. Electric utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
