The backyard is not very large but has plenty of room with an outdoor table set, a grill, and a fire pit all of which are open for use. You can expect a quiet household with plenty of respect for the need to study/work in the evenings or early mornings, especially on the weekdays. If you would like the room to be furnished, that is also an option for an extra $150 per month. All utilities will be covered by the landlord. Pets will be on a case by case basis and will require an additional charge and pet deposit.
