The house is in Rancho San Diego, surrounded by beautiful open-space hiking trails. It's also within walking distance of the shopping center.

This home is perfect for a lady who values safety, ample street parking, and a peaceful living environment. I prefer to keep things drama-free, so it's best to socialize outside the house.

Room: small cozy loft, furnished/unfurnished. The bathroom is shared with just one other female.

Access to: kitchen for light cooking and dining, laundry facilities, backyard, and a separate refrigerator in the laundry area.
