Cozy cottage on the creek with fabulous views!

This is a small house located in my backyard. I'm only allowing 1 tennant. It has a separate bedroom with closet. The kitchen has everything but an oven. Air fryer, hotplate and microwave included. Full size sink and fridge. The living area has a three seat sofa, a recliner, coffee table and side table. Cool bathroom with tiled floor and shower. TV's with Direct Tv in bedroom and living area. Outside you have your own screened porch and private deck on the marsh. There is a small doggie door that goes into your own private backyard. I have two kayaks that can be used. You can Kayak during very high tides. You also have access to a fire pit and gas grill. This apartment is really amazing and is located in a neighborhood with a park. Very safe. It's also located between downtown and Folly Beach. A perfect location. Thanks for reading!
