Welcome to our newly renovated guest cottage. This open style studio is 576 square feet with its own private backyard and the entire property is fenced in to give you security and peace of mind. The view from your front door is peaceful and private.
The guest cottage comes with some new appliances and amenities:
-Refrigerator

-Microwave
-Air conditioning unit
-Full size washer and Dryer (Private and in unit)
-Hot Water Heater (Dedicated only to the guest house)
-Wifi and Router for only the guest house
-Smart TV

The Guest Cottage also comes fully furnished:
-Full or Queen size bed available
-Couch and Chair
-Dining room table
-Two ceiling fans
-Kitchen necessities... plates, glasses, utensils

We do allow dogs with additional rent and deposits.

We, the landlords, live in the front property and also have two dogs that are completely fenced in on our separate property.
