We are looking for a fitting person to share this peaceful home.

The house is in a safe neighborhood, backs up to mountain views and hiking trails. Many amenities including Whole Foods, Traders Joes and many restaurants are close by. Near highway 85, 17 and 87. 3 min walk to VTA.

The corner room is 13.5 x 11.5 ft. You'll share the bathroom with one other person. Owner in the master bedroom.

Renter Preference: We prefer that you are a working professional who just need a quiet place to stay. Your income should be high enough such that the rent is no more than 33% of your gross income.

House Rules:
- Sorry, no pets. Our family may visit occasionally with dogs.
- No or very light cooking please.
- No meal prep at home.
- Living room is not shared space.
- No parties and gatherings or regular visitors.
- You must clean up after yourself.
- We ask that you use headphone for music and calls.
