Cozy Beach House

I have an unfurnished room and bathroom available to rent out, apart of a 3BR3BA house. The room and bathroom are on the 2nd floor. The bathroom is shared with my daughter who is respectful and home half the time.
I'm only 1/2 a mile from the beach. It's a perfect spot for the Summer as it never gets too hot due to the ocean breeze.
There is a washer and dryer on the 1st floor. High-speed internet is provided. There are kitchen privileges. Utilities are included in the price of rent. Deposit of $800 is required to secure the room.
