-This is a shared basement rental. You'll have your own room but the living room and bathroom will be shared with a lovely roommate.

-Newly remodeled home
-Private bedroom in the house with a shared living room and shared bathroom.
-Kitchen and laundry room are on the first floor (not in the basement).
-Clean, quiet, and safe neighborhood
-Access to the rest of the home as well (living room, backyard, etc.)
-Entrance to basement is within the home

3. Bonuses:

-Free access to tennis courts, pickle ball, great hiking and biking area, etc.
