Income must meet over $3000/month to qualify. Electricity and Gas bills will be split between house mates. Landlord provides water and sewer, trash and recycling pick up service, and lawn mowing from April through October. Before request a tour, we prescreen with following questions: Employment and length of time employment. Annual income Credit Score, reason for moving, how long has been in current residence. We will proceed a live tour after prescreen check is ok so we don't waste each other's time.
