Detached & covered laundry room w/ washer & dryer, 2 clothes lines. Kitchen has toaster oven, microwave, double door fridge w/freezer, gas range stove/oven. Shower has bench seat for accessibility. On septic & H20 is from private well. Single story accessible home.

Short nature trail, wildlife, pond, camping accommodations 4 guests, bbq area, lrg & small fire pits for fire safe seasons. Front & back decks, enclosed spa, art studio house, fridge in garage, multiple storage sheds, wood pile & lots of parking. Ceiling fans, central AC/heat + wood stove, private fenced garden w/ raised bed & dog run & lrg garage/hobby shop.

Utilities are split on 15th of month ($300 av ea or -), internet is included in rent. Sml pet deposit upon approval. We've 2 inside healthy cats. Exact address given upon approval.
