The cottage is entirely furnished with 2 queen beds in the main house. 6 month lease only since the owners use this as a vacation spot after Labor Day. Electricity is provided in the rent up to $100. Tenant reimburses for amounts in excess of that. Other utilities included: WiFi, garbage service, water & sewer.
