All you need to move in is your personal items and linen (some kitchenware provided). Used to be Airbnb unique experience rental (too much work, rather have one renter without turnover).
Local Tv stations via antenna and StarLink Internet provided as COURTESY.
Shared COMMUNITY BATHROOM available (TOILET, SHOWER/TUB/SINK)! This is maintained by tenants and tenant materials supplied for your own use. NO LAUNDRY ON SITE! tenant responsible for taking your own trash to the dump.
