A balcony overlooks the street.

Min requirements for a good tenant are:
1. Secure financial status
2. Good references
3. No evictions
4. Clean background
5. No smoking or vaping

Special considerations:
1. We do not accept Section 8.
2. No mail service is available.
3. Application and screening through TurboTenant ($55 fee).
4. The first garage space is included in the monthly rent.
5. The second garage space is an add'l $125/month.
