Parking and Gate Access are an additional $25.00 per car. This home requires a two-step application process. Applications can take 7-14 business days to complete both applications.

Failure to provide proof of renters insurance or cancelling insurance will result in auto-enrollment in Roost’s The Liability to Landlord Insurance Program. You will be charged $13.50 per month for this program due on the first of the month. This program does not cover your belongings and only protects the owner and their assets.
