This comfy lot is bare bones and ready for you to make your own. The size of the lot is roughly 30-40 ft wide and 100-125 ft long. Water is included in lot rent. Electricity and gas is paid for my tenant. Application fees are 50$, non-refundable. Background check will be completed before rental process can be started.

This property is owned by KSCJ Inc and managed by the office at The Round Up Motel.

Applications can be found/dropped off at the front office of The Round Up Motel (12pm to 8pm MON-SUN) or can be scanned to you via email.
