To apply, tenant(s) can:
Pay a $55. non-refundable per person for application/Credit/Background Check. This screening process is done via turbotenant.com. Request link via landlord info.
After approved, tenant(s) will complete lease packet with landlord and give cashiers checks for first months rent + security deposit.
Note: These condo association fees are due at lease sign:
$150. application fee, $300. refundable association security deposit and $100. per person background check fee.
