*Tenant provides washer/dryer.
*NO Pets, NO Smoking.
*Each person in home of age 18 or more will need to complete application for credit and background check purposes.
*Monthly income must be at-least $3600 or more (3x the monthly rent). ALL income sources must be verifiable.
*Must have positive landlord references for the previous 3 yrs.
*Must not have previous evictions or judgments from past landlords.
*Must exhibit financial responsibility with credit score of 600 or more.
*Background check will be carried out on all applicants of 18 or more.
*Background must exhibit responsibility.
*Applicants and all occupants must be NON-SMOKERS.
*Occupancy limit of 3 people.
*Tenancy will be granted to most qualified applicant, based on above criteria.
