The condo can be rented furnished for $4,000 per month or unfurnished for $3,500 per month. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms each. Living room with fireplace, kitchen, and home office/dining room. Fenced patio on the 6th Street side.

The condo comes with one reserved parking space and additional non-reserved spaces for residents, as well as a community pool.

All utilities (internet, gas, water, trash, sewer) are paid by the landlord/HOA. The tenant is responsible for electricity, which costs $100-$175 per month, depending on the season. The unit comes with a washer and dryer.

The maximum occupancy is two adults and one child under the age of 18, as per the condo rules.
