This unit is a 700 sq ft upstairs room in a 3800 sq ft house. This living space is secluded from the entire house, which is perfect for someone who loves their privacy. This room has a full attached private bathroom, along with a spacious walk-in closet, bedroom which comes fully furnished with queen bed, bedded with fresh linen.
It has access to the balcony, which also provides a great view of the city or a weekend to grill. All services are available, including a mini fridge and microwave available for use in the room in addition to 43" smart tv with Philo TV, HBO Max/Netflix/HULU etc . With each additional person there will be an up-charge. WiFi/internet are included in addition to one time courtesy brand new Luxury towel, soap, Toothpaste, Toothbrush, and toilet paper/tissue. Separately, we have a full kitchen and dining room area available to everyone. Touch pad locks are available to enter the premises/room.
