Rent is $750 first and last month's rent due prior to moving in. All utilities are included in rent. Gas, electric, Water, Sewer & Garbage.
Renter responsible for cleaning up after themselves in all the common shared areas including their own private room. The lease would be on a month-to-month basis and either party would be able to cancel the lease with 30 days' notice.
