Utilities, secure garage parking, TV and wifi are included! Thermostat is adjustable up to 70 degrees in the winter and down to 75 degrees in the summer.

There are 4 suites for 4 different travelers in the house. The bedroom and bathroom photos you see are of this specific suite. Our residents are professional travelers and we perform background checks on all residents. There are locks on every bedroom door for your privacy.

There is a pool and basketball court exclusively for this community less than a block away.

This house is truly fully-furnished: hair dryers, extra linens, ironing board, kitchen supplies...everything we could think of to make your stay pleasant!
