Application fee is $50 for anyone over the age of 18 that will reside within the home
$100 lease writing fee. The office charges an administrative fee of $100 for all leases written, both original and renewal
Late fee Policy $50 base with $10 a day. No Grace period Rent is due on the first of each month and considered late on the second of each month
