You'll be sharing the space with 1 other roommate (and her sweet 10 lb toy poodle). She splits her time between LA and Orlando, so you'll have the place to yourself quite a bit.
Lease:
* Mid-term, multi-month rentals or a full-year lease only (no short-term rentals)
* If approved, you'll also need to complete a separate application through the community's HOA
* The HOA application fee will be deducted from your first month's rent as a courtesy
* Security deposit held in a non-interest bearing account per Florida law
