Charming downtown Chattanooga house

This is a three bedroom, 1.5 bath house with a private yard, a new fence, and and front porch patio. The following appliances are provided: refrigerator, laundry washer and dryer, over, and dishwasher.
One bedroom is occupied by me, and I am looking for a roommate or two to occupy the other bedrooms. The main bedroom, which is available to rent, has a 1/2 bath inside the room for added privacy. The full bath with a shower is in the shared hallway.
There is street parking in front of the house, and a private uncovered parking area in the backyard.
The house is wonderfully located right by the hospital hub of Chattanooga as well as wonderful schools like McCallie prep school and UTC campus.
The monthly rent is $1650 for two rooms, or $800 for one of the three rooms with a respective deposit.
