The pool is not heated and is available from April to Nov 1 (may be closed some days for maintenance and cleaning). There is paid laundry on floors 3, 7 and 11 and ice machines located on 2nd, 10th floors. Elevator access. Not handicap accessible. One block from the beach.

Included: Pool, 2 parking spaces (with parking pass-no commercial vehicles), Internet, water/sewer, and basic cable included. If desired you can get the unit cleaned, towels, and linens for $135 a time. Unit can come with one set of linens and tols as well for $135.

No parties and no SMOKING of any kind, VAPING, OR PETS ALLOWED IN THE CONDO. Violation will result in eviction, fines starting at $500.00, and no refund of any monies paid or security deposit. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. until 8 a.m.
