3. Monthly income of 3 times the rent ($4197). We will consider all of tenant’s available sources of income in reviewing the application. We will request documentation of each income source.
4. Your application will not be considered complete (and therefore submitted for a decision) until all requested documentation has been provided to landlord.
5. You must make your rent payments online using the tenant portal website.
6. Kalamazoo Property Investments will use text and email as the best way to communicate.
7. Must move in within two weeks and have move-in monies available now!
