Absolutely no smoking in or around the home and no pets or caged animals. Must pass application process which includes a $35.00 per person application fee. Tenant responsible for power, gas, water/sewer and garbage. Owner pays HOA dues.
Minimum of a 6-month lease required and tenant to pay the $10 fee to have access to the sports/fitness center.
