A boarding style home with 8 bedrooms. We rent to single tenants only a 1 bedroom furnished room. Room 3 offers a full size bed with a shared hall bath 2nd floor stairs only no elevators. Full size kitchen with dining and living room 1ST floor. Each tenant will get a space in refrigerator and a cupboard space in kitchen. We are close to shopping dining and restaurants. This property is happy to service traveling professionals or internships on short assignments. The rent is as follows: A Minimum stay is required of 30 days. The rent is $900.00/month for 2 months. Any stay longer than 3 months is $800 a month A deposit of $100.00 is required for all new tenants. We have coin operated laundry for extra cost. No smoking on premises, No pets please. This property is a very quiet home for working professionals. Street parking is available. We rent out the room it is up to the tenant to bring whatever you need during your stay.
