Just two miles from the Norfolk Naval Station, Castle Acres is one of three charming communities in the Norfolk Crossing District. These spacious townhomes include two- and three-bedroom floor plans. They are for active-duty enlisted personnel. Two-bedroom rental rates start at $1,825/month (when you sign a lease by 09/30/2024), while three-bedroom homes start at $2,049. Each home includes kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher!), a fenced-in backyard, and a storage shed. Parking is available on the street outside each home. The homes feature carpet and vinyl floor coverings, vertical blinds, ceiling fans, and washer and dryer hook-ups.

Community amenities include playgrounds, a fitness trail, a popular community center with a pool, and a basketball court. In addition to various ASYMCA-sponsored programs, parents can enroll their children at K-12 schools, all within driving distance from the community.
