Tucked behind a private gate is this beautiful house with three rooms (two bedrooms and a spare room that can be used as small bedroom or home office), remodeled bathroom with marbled, walk-in shower. Spacious kitchen with double ovens, brand new Miele dishwasher, and a large kitchen island to sit around to enjoy meals and conversations.

There is an outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off from a day at the beach, and a BBQ grill on the patio. HE washer and dryer and detached two car garage. No pets preferred but will be considered and will include a pet fee.
