Enter through the front door into the open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The space is flooded with natural light from the many windows and looks out onto the lush backyard. The living room features a large sectional sofa, perfect for watching a movie with the whole family. You'll also find a Smart TV, and gas fireplace. Just off of the living room is the screened in porch. This space can double as an additional living space with a comfortable seating arrangement and ceiling fan. Back inside you'll find the dining table separating the living area and kitchen which features seating for up to six people. The modern kitchen features a large kitchen island with seating for four, stainless steel appliances including a wine fridge, and a pantry! Also on the first floor is a half bathroom, spacious laundry room, and private office nook with a desk to accommodate your work from home needs!

On the second floor you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two guest rooms feature stylish design, queen size beds, and share a bathroom in the hallway. The luxurious master suite features a king size bed, two large walk in closets, and a spacious en suite bathroom with double vanity and gorgeous tile shower.

On the third floor you'll find an additional living space with a large sofa, smart TV, and a table which is perfect for doing crafts with the kids, or working on homework! The adorable bedroom is just off of the living space and features a queen size bed. There is also a full bathroom on this level for your convenience!

Walk across the backyard, and past the fire pit, to access the adorable bonus space above the garage! This is the perfect space to host guests and offer ultimate privacy, or to use as a home office. This space has a pullout sofa, desk and chair, Smart TV, and a full bathroom!

Parking is provided in the driveway. Dogs can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee!

In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $600 upon signing the lease agreement.

All guests staying with Duvet Homes have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays
Monthly passes can be purchased for a discounted rate *Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. Prices are subject to change.

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

*Please also note that Duvet Homes is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
