The condo is near the Cape Coral Yacht Club, beach, and the Cape Harbor Yachting Community, with waterfront shops, dining, & marina, and close by is Tarpon Point,. Tarpon Point has shuttle boat service to Ft. Myers beach. We are located close to a shopping and restaurants. Its a short drive to FT Myers beach.
The condo very nice. Everything new from, all appliances, new tile floors, doors, cabinets, lighting, paint, granite counter tops, fixtures and A/C.
