All utilities are INCLUDED. But owner only pays power up to $100 & tenant reimburses for any excess amount. Tenant must get their own PO box for mail.
Cabin interior is furnished. Perfect for remote workers or those in town for the "off season". Condo association rules state that rental contracts must be 90 days or more.
Queen bed, overstuffed couches, and speedy fast Wifi. Wall mount TV Dining table and chairs. Wood interior gives you the feeling of bygone days. Nautical decor reminds you that you're at the beach.
