Cabana Royal Arms

The front half of the property was built in 1962 and was named Cabana Apartments.  In 1964, the back half of the property was built and was named Royal Arms Apartments.  The original owner/builder of the apartments decided to make both Cabana Apartments and Royal Arms Apartments into one large community, thus the Cabana Royal Arms Apartments was formed.

We set between Georgian Way and Lansill Road on a little over 13 acres, with beautiful matured landscaping.  With the crab apple and holly trees which enhance the beauty of the property.  In addition, Cabana is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Cabana Royal Arms offers spacious one, two and three bedroom apartment homes, with a unique floor plan, which we call the "Cabana".  The Cabanas are a one story, two bedroom apartment, that offer two large bedrooms, private entrance and a covered patio.  They are much like a separate two bedroom home.  Cabana Royal Arms takes pride in maintaining our reputation with our long-term residents.  That is why our residents are deserving of our goal to continue our 100% customer service satisfaction on a daily basis.
