Indulge yourself in this newly built four bedroom, four and a half bath duplex on Cape Fear Blvd. The property offers plenty of parking and outdoor space. You enter at the front of the property that is completely on the ground level with no steps to entry. In the shared foyer, there will be a set of stairs that lead to the upper unit and a door to the left which leads to the lower unit.
