This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

A large farmhouse table can easily accommodate the entire group and overlooks the main living space to create an open great room. Accented with stunning shiplap walls, the living room offers plenty of space to gather. A smart TV allows you to stream all your favorite apps and shows with ease. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient outlet with USB ports make the kitchen a pleasure to use and will make meal preparation as breezy as the beach! The primary bedroom is located at the front of the home just off the dining area and features a queen bed, smart TV, and private bathroom. The bathroom includes beautiful coastal touches, updates vanity, and walk in shower. There is a full laundry room close by. Off the kitchen you will find a hall bathroom with a tub that serves the two guest bedrooms as well as visitors. There is a guest room with a queen bed and a nearby bunk room that features a pyramid (twin over full) bunk bed.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Queen, 1 Pyramid (Twin/Full).
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles in driveway.
Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a nonrefundable $400/pet fee. Maximum of 2 pets.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
