Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid (Twin/Full).
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 4 vehicles.
Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a nonrefundable $400/pet fee. Maximum of 2 pets.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers
Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
DESCRIPTION:
Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a wonderful location and lovely upgraded features, this home is extremely comfortable and welcoming. With ample parking and convenient beach access this home has a lot to offer. As you enter “Riptide” you are greeted by the beautiful hardwood floors and open living space. A large sectional sofa overlooks the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and complimented by fabulous glass tile backsplash. A sizable pantry provides plenty of storage for groceries and the well-stocked kitchen. Down the hall the first guest bedroom is furnished with a pyramid bunk bed and smart tv. There is an additional twin size trundle bed that stows away below the full bed for additional occupants. Across the hall there is a full bathroom that shares jack and jill access to the adjoining king guest room. The king guest room is comfortably furnished and offers a closet as well as a smart tv for your guest’s comfort. A third guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has access to a private ensuite bathroom. At the end of the hall, you will find the primary suite. Furnished with a lush king-sized bed, this suite includes a large bathroom complete with dual vanities, a private water closet, walk in shower, and large garden tub. The primary bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace and has access to a private balcony.
