This one bedroom, one bath 3rd floor condo features an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all ocean front that lead out to the deck. The primary bedroom is street side with a Queen bed and there is a set of bunk beds nestled in the hall alcove.
Sea Colony complex is known for it's well kept grounds with BBQ grills and picnic tables, oceanfront salt water swimming pool and deck, and private beach access. Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.

Parking: Two parking passes are included with reservation. Parking only available in open lots, underneath building reserved for owners.
