Immaculately landscaped grounds lead to the dock and marina where you will enjoy private use of a 34 foot boat slip. Extras include a gas grill, bikes, beach chairs, beach cart and a brand new electric vehicle charger in the garage to utilize.

Located along the west side of the canal in Carolina Beach, Carolina Bay is a waterfront condominium community with a seasonal pool, picnic grounds, clubhouse, boat slips and marina. Carolina Bay is only about a ten minute walk to beach access and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
