STAY REQUIREMENTS: 
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. 

FEES: 
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. 

RATES & PAYMENTS: 
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

Parking: Parking for two vehicles with required passes.
Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a $400 nonrefundable fee per pet (2 pet max.)
Prohibited: Smoking, Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.

DESCRIPTION:
Recently updated, "Atlantis" is a cozy upper ocean view home and the public beach access is directly across the street. The upper-level unit of this home features of 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. The renovated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and a spacious island with bar seating. The kitchen table seats six people and adjoins to the open living room which offers plenty of space to enjoy. There is a Full-size sofa bed that allows the living room to double as an additional sleeping area. There is a covered, street-side porch complete with chairs, side tables, and rockers. The primary bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed and private bathroom. There are two additional guest bedrooms that are furnished with Queen beds. Each bedroom has a TV.
