Beautiful, downtown urban newly renovated Brooklyn 2 bedroom apartment with views of Manhattan The apartment is located in a very upbeat and diverse neighborhood It is conveniently located close to all public transportation and there is street parking, metered parking and nearby parking lots One block away is Fulton Streetl, a strip of city blocks that offers an amazing night life with bars, restaurants and small eateries There are also a few intimate coffee cafes sprinkled about This location is within walking distance to the Barclays Center, Brooklyn Museum and Childrens Museum, Botanical Gardens, Prospect Park and the world famous Juniors Restaurant just to name a few points of interest During the summer months it is common to stumble across neighborhood street fairs hosting vendors with local food and goods The following is a summary of things that are prohibited in my apartment: No smoking, late night parties, extremely loud music, no access allowed on rooftop w/o approval.
