Bright, sunny, fully furnished room in home with wonderful yard

Bright, sunny room in my home. Close to public transit, shopping, parks, walking paths, dining, a major shopping mall. The room is fully furnished with a storage bed, large dresser, small roll top desk, large TV with Amazon Fire box, and small refrigerator. All linens provided. There is a washer and dryer on premises and a full gym (waiver required). Beautiful, recently landscaped backyard great for relaxing. Storage shed on property and in the summer a full kitchen garden. I have two very friendly dogs, a cat and seven chickens so always a fresh supply of organic eggs. Lots of parking availability. All utilities included, including high speed internet and many streaming channels. Home is professionally cleaned every month. Mostly private bath, guests and I only use the restroom. I work from home two days a week and it's a very laid back household. Full kitchen access as well as the rest of the house and yard. There is a $55 application fee for credit and background check.
