This totally remodeled 2 BR 2BA townhouse WITH BAY AND OCEAN VIEW is located a block from Sail Bay in a very well maintained 3 unit complex. What makes our places different than the typical PB rentals is that our units are unbelievably clean and immaculately maintained! This is not a typical PB rental. It’s a home. The whole unit has a very modern feel and is anything but cookie cutter square. It is not your typical rental. If you like different and modern you will love this unit. It is very white and light and bright and airy with a very open feel.

As mentioned above: this has been completely remodeled, including putting in new dual paned Milgard windows, with new window coverings, air conditioning, new in unit laundry center, and a whole lot more! In my remodel, adding to the white cabinets with granite countertops, in the tiled kitchen and baths, I put in undercabinet lights, a 5 burner gas stove (with additional griddle, a convection oven, plus it has a “no preheat” air fryer built right in), as big and as nice a refrigerator as could possibly fit, recessed lights, that are dimmable (throughout the whole townhouse), a newly tiled walk-in shower, and a Whirlpool tub and shower in the other bath, new lights, new mirrors, new faucets, new shower trim (with rainwater showerheads), new ceiling fans, new customized mirrored closets, with lighting inside the closets, many receptacles with built in USB ports, plus a whole lot more! It’s great!!

The first thing I should tell you is that the bedrooms are of uneven size. There is one large bedroom and one small bedroom. It seems to work best for singles and couples, who make the larger bedroom theirs and make the smaller bedroom the office/guest room, but we have had plenty of roommates sharing these units as well. (Often roommates offset the rent and it works perfect for roommates where one wants a nicer place than the other can afford.)

When you walk into the townhouse, you have the smaller of the two bedrooms and its full attached bath. This is the bathroom where I put in a deep soaking Whirlpool tub, with 2 molded-in armrests, 8 jets and 2 air controls for the ultimate in relaxation. The bathroom light is dimmable, and there is some fun undercabinet lighting, to make your bathing experience spa like. This is the quieter bedroom and since the other bedroom and the living area is located on the second floor; it is like your own private studio. The downstairs bedroom, as well as the upstairs living and dining area, have odd shapes, and while I can’t give you the dimensions, I can tell you that this bedroom will fit a full or queen size bed, a dresser and nightstand, etc. So, while the other bedroom is bigger, the downstairs bedroom is not a closet, and has its advantages. It makes a great office/guest room, as well!

The upstairs bedroom will easily fit a king size bed, and all the extras, has more than 12 feet of customized mirror closet space, has vaulted ceilings, recessed, dimmable lights, a remote controlled ceiling fan, a remote controlled air-conditioning and heating system, and an attached, covered balcony for your exclusive use. It too has a full attached bath, with a new tiled walk-in shower, and it houses the new laundry center, with fun extras like a built-in hamper, and more!

The living/dining area, is an odd shape, but will fit “normal” living room furniture. (But… If you have a large wall entertainment unit, this townhouse is not for you.) The living area will fit a couch and love seat, and perhaps 2 full sized couches, and there are nooks and crannies that can hold china chests, stereo cabinets, computer desks, etc. The ceilings are vaulted, with 2 different sets of recessed lights, and a new ceiling fan that is dimmable, so you can adjust the lighting in various ways. There is a skylight and the room is very light and bright! Plus, it has its own new mini-split, providing air conditioning and heating for the living area. And… you have a bay and ocean view through the living room window!

The kitchen is on the small to medium side, but there are lots of cabinets and lots of granite countertop space, so it’s a nice working kitchen. As I said… The kitchen has a new 5 burner gas stove (with additional griddle, a convection oven, plus it has a “no preheat” air fryer built right in). It has as big and as nice a refrigerator as could possibly fit in there, a dishwasher, microwave & garbage disposal and there is even a reverse osmosis (RO) unit for making filtered water. It too has dimmable recessed lights, and dimmable undercounter lights, as well, so again… you can make the lighting suit your needs and your mood.

The townhouse is modern, unique and spacious (at about 1100 sq.ft.) and there is a bay and ocean view from the living area and from the kitchen too. It’s fun, it’s light, it’s bright, it’s airy! The brightness, architecture, the extras, and view are sure to make you smile!

And if you want better yet… on the third floor there is a sundeck that you share with the townhouse next door that has an awesome bay and ocean view!! You see Sail Bay, Mission Beach and then the ocean. It’s great! The view and the location of this unit are fabulous! It’s one block from Sail Bay, so if you like to run on the boardwalk or just hang on the sand, you will love this location, and we’re only 8 blocks from the ocean. There is a laundry room on the property, for all 3 units to share (for your larger things, like comforters, etc.) plus a private garage is included in the rent, that will fit one car, plus there is room for storage, and it is equipped with a 30-amp 220 Volt EV charging station to quickly charge your electric vehicle, if you have one. And… the garage has a remote-controlled opener that is the quietest you have ever heard, or not heard, as the case may be :)
