Our Learn Live Balance houses are built and designed for UARK college students to enable academic success for FOCUS and REST in a SAFE environment. Separate Study with individual desks for each resident for FOCUS. Large Bedrooms designed specifically for REST. Smart technology inside and out for SAFETY. Designers work with residents to ensure personal style in spaces. We use proven space and design techniques for improved memory and stress management.
Pay by resident. Includes utilities, furnishings, customization, high speed internet, monthly house cleaning, yard service. Houses are complete May, designers work with residents June/July, move-in Aug 1st. Rooms range between $1300-$1500 a room for this premium learn live balance experience.
