Rent is subject to change based on lease terms. For stays longer than 30+ days, mandatory monthly basic cleaning for $100 and will be asked to sign a lease. $200Cap on electricity/gas usage. Guest will be charged the difference after $200. One time cleaning fee $ 400. Non refundable pet fee of $300 (2 pets). After that $ 100 per pet.
